Recommendation 5

Problem: There is no access from Walnut Drive south to Garside Avenue. In order to reach North Temple, residents of the neighborhood must walk to 1200 West or to Redwood Road.

Recommendation: Salt Lake City should work with property owners (including the State of Utah and the LDS Church) to create a path and an additional bridge across the Jordan River to provide access from Walnut Drive to Garside Avenue.
