The addition of the Airport TRAX light rail line to North Temple and Salt Lake City’s plan for North Temple’s future will make the street a better place to walk and bike, and the efforts of all involved are praiseworthy! However, little attention has been paid to improving pedestrian and bicycle access from existing neighborhoods to North Temple. The purpose of this website is to encourage Salt Lake City to explore ways to make it easier for residents to walk and bike to North Temple by making ten recommendations.
Public presentations are being made at local community council meetings during February 2013 in order to present the project and gather public input.
