Recommendation 4

Problem:  The south end of New Star Drive dead-ends just north of the Sutherlands parking lot, and reaching North Temple from New Star Drive requires traversing the parking lot.

Recommendation:  Salt Lake City should work with developers to create an improved path across the commercial property, if it is ever redeveloped.
