Recommendation 10

Problem: The Rocky Mountain Power campus creates an obstacle for residents traveling north to North Temple.

Recommendation: Salt Lake City should work with Rocky Mountain Power to examine the feasibility of extending Garside Avenue south to 200 South, which would also require coordination with Union Pacific, and the Salt Lake, Garfield, and Western Railroad. The new street should feature sidewalks and bike lanes.
