Recommendation 3

Problem:  The Jordan River Parkway Trail is a great asset to Salt Lake City and a great way to travel on foot and by bike.  Unfortunately, it is viewed as a recreation asset rather than a transportation asset, and access to the trail is not allowed between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am.

Recommendation:  Salt Lake City should allow 24-hour travel on the Jordan River Parkway Trail.
